Best thing
Good pay, steady schedule
Worst thing
Everyone in management is passive. No recognition. No one is held accountable for their mistakes.

Best thing
To come to work make money for bills and help others take dream trips and or go home.
Worst thing
1. Diversion when it’s uncontrollable and can’t do nothing for them. But rebook
2. Unfair and or schedules different after asking for it first and someone new come in and get it
3. Uto and vacation approval is not put in prior to the 2 weeks as Told
4. Standby for planes and we pay lots of money to fly and can barely make it out. Plus if companion is flying they have to pay each time to rebook if don’t get rolled over plus the benefit they already paid for to fly. We also could use vacation pass 4 a year and positive space 4 a year to help if we’ve been rolled over multiple times.
5. Not having enough cities to get people to cause were limited and or enough space on planes
6. Stop over sailing flights by multiples if no it’s no seats. Plus people with status need to be told 1 companion and not 7 people to go with them if there of age. Takes away from others who wanna get there carryons inside plane too.
7. Stop the lobby bags it’s cause multiple people to check extra bags and were waiting boarding pass paper and it confuse people. Jus make it a tab that employees can do.Customer service representative at Menzies Aviation, June 2025
