McDonald's job reviews
-
Best thing
I like that I do the same job every time I work but the experience is always different, I also enjoy being able to stay on my feet and stay moving because it keeps me overall distracted and in shape.
Worst thing
Not everyone likes their job. And it shows because they won't put effort into doing their job correctly which causes other staff to pick up the slack. But we don't get paid for the extra work we do
Crew member at McDonald's, April 2025

Best thing
At most times I can normally work at my own pace without any interruptions and normally get it done before my shift ends.
Worst thing
One of the shift managers I work with always interrupt me during my tasks I need to get done to do other things while she can't go and do it herself at half of the things that a typical manager would need to do without stopping another employee unless it gets busy enough to have me stop what I'm doing to help out.
