  For someone that has been with Lowe's for over 20 years, my salary is a lot lower than the other supervisors who were hired from outside Lowe's about a year ago.

  Its super easy to get taken advantage of my asms and other coworkers. They run on a skeleton crew as much as they can and youre expected to pickup the slack in areas you know nothing about. The training is lacking, hope you get someone who is nice and knows what they are doing for a coworker otherwise youre on your own.

  Trying to deal with demanding and rude customers. feeling pressured or stressed to do things that don’t come real natural, pushing credit cards and warranties that people clearly don’t want asking them to take surveys that you don’t know if they will, but they’re gonna base your raise off of what the people say and not how good you do your job and how loyal you are.

  Pay for oppositions is capped and there’s no room to go up. Very few positions that pay better without moving to a completely different position that is not necessarily interesting or challenging.
