The free food and the ability to get however many hours I want (because we’re so shortstaffed)

The stress of having to do so much working with only 1 or 2 other people during a rush, I’m constantly worried about burning stuff when a customer comes in because if I take care of them then food will get caught up in the oven for too long. The customers tend to be very rude and tips are essentially nothing compared to other jobs (I’m lucky to make 5 dollars on a busy Friday working open to close even though it’s only split with 1 or 2 other people).
