What employees are saying about Life Care Centers Of America
-
Best thing
The best thing about my job is the relationship built with the residents. Getting to know them and their families is a joy.
Worst thing
The worst part is how unworthy they treat us employees include and they overwork us without blinking and when you ask for patience or help, it’s frowned upon. You can make no mistakes even though they give you 21 task to do all at once, and they have to be done within a timely manner.

Best thing
The relationships that you build with patients and residents
Worst thing
At my facility the lack of competent CNA’s and nurses. The competent ones typically work harder to make up the slack. Management often goes on power trips to try and control you and cause anxiety so that you won’t leave
