The best things are my store specifically. My coworkers are great and the environment at my specific store is great.

Best thing
I love working with the customers, helping them find clothes that can help boost their confidence.
Worst thing
The pay raise, I was supposed to get a raise after a year never happened and if I mention it to my manager they might get angry.

Best thing
If you have a good team it’s the best. At first my managers sucked but they got fired eventually. My newer managers were the best though! Taking time off and calling out was super easy too. Great for a busy schedule.
Worst thing
There are 0 pay increases and you’re unlikely to to get a bunch of hours. They hire a bunch of part timers, and not enough full time employees so sometimes the store had to be closed in the middle of a shift so a manager could take a break/go home from working overtime.

Best thing
The people (clients and associates alike), Lame Bryant attracts not only the best talent but also the best customers. I love my job because of who I encounter on a daily basis.
Worst thing
The payroll. The expectation continue to rise but the pay and amount of payroll hours delegated don’t rise along with it. I always feel like I’m playing catch-up, my team and I are expected to play the role of 3-5 people at any given time.
