  Threat to cut OT but it hiring anyone when we are short staffed. Working 2 jobs at the same time because everyone is overloaded.

  There is very little aside from the 4/10 schedule.

  Lack of training, poor management, communication, guidance.
  Everything is blanketed under "self guided" but leaves all the heavy lifting to you from project discovery to completion.
