We have a schedule however if you are doing what you are scheduled to do management will still ask what are you working on. There is TOO much micromanaging.

Management does not want to hear any reasonable requests when it comes to fair compensation for years of service and tends blow off any worthwhile conversation when it comes to cost of living, inflation and wage stagnation. Other individuals get paid more and and have worked less years than I have and have less overall experience.
