  The management does not respect you no matter how much hard work you put in, there is drama every 5 minutes, customers are getting angry with you everyday for something you can not control. They do not work with students that are in sports or active in school.

  I love the hustle it keeps my body in shape and makes the day go by fast. And the location is really big since it's a marketplace.

  Upper management doesn't respect what we do. They don't care to understand our workload their not understanding when we need overtime to finish the many tasks we have before and during when we leave or start. Coworkers and mostly managers can be very burnt out from the job and don't have time to train you or are too busy too.

  It is quite laid back, and there are no real problems or instances happening too often. I get paid for very easy tasks such as stocking, bagging, and running the register.

  Some customers try to steal products from the store, and when I have to go confront them about it, I worry about what they say. If you are firm about it and you make it clear that they need to give me the item, there's no real problem. (happens quite often)

  No one bothers me and i get to do my own thing and listen to music for about 4 to 8 hours a day.

  That my managers do not ever listen, or do their job. They expect us to do the managers job while the manager slacks off. Works us like full time employees, but we are actually part time employees. No matter how many times i have talked about this problem it never gets fixed.

  Completely unlivable wage if you’re an adult adults are treated a lot worse they have less breaks and overall have to work a lot more. They also take a lot of money out when it comes to union fees.

  I enjoy setting displays and mannequins to advertise a new brand or new styles. I like seeing the end result of my hard work and how it catches customers and supervisors attention as satisfying.

  Management is unprofessional and often immature when dealing with incompetence, disrespect and people refusing to learn their job duties the correct way. There is absolutely zero incentive to put in good work. The employees that have been there for 20+ years are making exactly the same as brand new hires. While vacation days are offered to full time employees after 1 year, the company automatically uses up any vacation days when an employee must call in sick. Management also gossips about its employees and complains loudly to other management about employees calling in sick or struggling with a task due to disabilities or simply lack of help when asked.
