Best thing
I just love our little Starbucks! Our manager is an angel- everyone’s so nice to eachother (most days) and we all basically become family there. Plus starting pay is more than competitors
Worst thing
Upper management doesn’t know what’s going on and likes to change schedules last minute/schedule you when you put in the app you cannot work. They also put you in a different department than you work in from time to time.

Best thing
huge opportunity for growth, a lot of people at corporate started at a store level, however many did not, and corporate hires people fresh out of college with a bachelor’s degree a lot of the time.
Worst thing
toxic work environment, too much work not enough hours to get adequate staffing to ensure everything is completed, poor hr, poor new hire quality, made to feel like you genuinely are unable to call in even if you absolutely need to, workplace bullying, customer abuse and lack of management support when needed.
