    It's not stagnant. Always have something to accomplish during the shift and unlimited not timed bathroom breaks as long as you can get your schedule done

    Worst thing

    Not much at all . I make 22 an hour as a quality tech, 22.50 on 2nd shift and 23 on third shift. But, if you are low seniority, you will get laid off when GM slowes down.
