My GM works with her employees on days we need off or if its a long time like vacation. When sick she will let us have sick days. She even doesn't count ncns against you like it would take a lot for her to fire you. Not saying its good to do that aways she is just super understanding.
Worst thing
No sick pay, no vacation pay. We dont get many benefits get medical and dental but its a 50/50 shot if it will cover for what you need. Also rude customers that is always a given. But also could get better pay.
