Waking up at 2 AM working a 12 hour shift five days a week an incentive that is impossible to get managers that do nothing and do not manage CEOs that have no idea what the people in the warehouse are going through. The expectation that you can and will pull 150 cases an hour, each hour the entirety of your shift.

Easy work, not very physically demanding and the time seems to fly by

The management will tell you of a policy change with how they are going to handle end of the night cut offs or late clock ins and completely go a different direction in how they handle those situations or use different standards for different people, but no signs of favorable people. Weekends are pretty much guaranteed to be worked every week in usually 3 to 5 week stretches with no days off. Trying to get a day off is impossible with the plant locations guidelines for how many positions can be gone each day or week and call offs for something last minute like a sick kid or something similar to say a broken down car or homeowner problems such as a busted pipe will be a attendance point since you can't call in a vacation request less let alone the fact any time off needs 24hr in advance approval. The pay is below what our close competition for factory work offer and new hires get misinformation about pay, hours that will be worked when new versus when they are past probation and getting time off, it's chased off 6 people I've trained since 2024
