What are customer service representatives saying about pay at JPMorgan Chase & Co.?

  • Best thing

I don’t have to take work home. I clock in, work and then clock out and don’t have to think about work after.

    Worst thing

I don’t get pay increases for the amount of training I’m put through to upskill. This passed year I’ve been trained 10+ times to add on responsibilities and have not been given higher pay. I’ve also had to undergo a higher level clearance to work on a project. Just unclear as to why this doesn’t “count” as a level up.
