  Late hours, burnout, just under full time hours, getting scheduled every other day, the feeling of being trapped, the feeling of impending doom, the feeling of existential dread, coworkers and especially managers avoiding doing their jobs. Coworkers complaining about other coworkers. Workplace drama and intense stress for very little pay.
