  No discounts for employees, no protection when custoners get beligerant or violent, nealy no allowance for extenuating circumstances, depending on positition there may not be availability to move up in the organization, pay raise structure change too often and always, always, always short change someone, bonus structure is next to nothing, superficial rewards system that can take years to achieve any recognition

  Dangerous. Unrealistic productivity expectations. New computer system with flaws where you have to document everything your manager is supposed to or else you’re punished. Toxic managers will exploit the novelty of the system to retaliate against employees they dislike.
