Best thing
we get a 15 minute paid break after 4 hours of work (so if you work 8 that’s 2 15 minute breaks paid). we also get a 30 minute lunch unpaid for every 5 hours we work (so if you work 10 hours that’s two 30 minutes unpaid and two 15 minutes paid equaling out to an hour and 30 mins of breaks).
Worst thing
management is terrible and everyone has an attitude with everyone. you can’t talk to anyone about anything or you’ll get written up or called to the office.

Best thing
My coworkers, excluding management, and the discount is a nice perk
Worst thing
I am made to feel guilty if I am sick, there is little opportunity for me to change a shift if I have an obligation, such as a class I would like to attend, the company stated before I started that the path to advancement would be explained to me but never was, management expects you to let them know if you need assistance, but won't provide much, if any, when you do ask, corporate procedures are not followed consistently and then there is a rush to, "do things right," if a regional manager is going to visit, management plays favorites, when I have reported theft or discounts by fellow employees, management did nothing about it
