The people that I work with on the lines other team members that work on shift
Worst thing
Rotating swing shift so one month I'm on nights. One month I'm on days 12 hour days and it rotates And the lack of trading that you get. It's kind of learn on your own basis and hope that you don't screw up or they'll write you up
