    They genuinely care for your wellbeing as an employee. They understand that you are doing a mentally and physically taxing job, and they want to ensure you can do the job sustainably and effectively. You’re checked in regularly and you’re feedback genuinely matters. You also get paid a very fair wage even without a college degree. They also are working on implementing tuition reimbursement for people who want to move up and become a behavior analyst.

    Being an RBT is physically and mentally taxing. As a national average, being an RBT has a 75% turnover rate. Most people are not cut out for it. There’s no shame in that. You will run, sprint, get hit all over, fall, and more. It’s hard to administer therapy to child with intense needs. This will be at any ABA center you work at.
