  It's a very safe work place, they are all on top of making sure everyone is respectful, all about team work! I can pick my added time.

  It's hard work. Lifting all size and weight boxes. That is literally it tye only thing hard or bad about it. And it's just temporary I can eventually move up to an easier position making more.

  It's monotonous and the pay is a paltry compared to other companies like UPS. The corporate bozos actively try to union bust and have been for decades. Some years you do not get a raise all bc the corporate bozos place the shareholders before their employees.

  Laid back management, extremely high stress environment due to deadlines. Extremely high stress situations now and again stepping from customer service related issues. Systematic incompetence.

  They do not care about you. At any moment you could be fired or demoted simply because of budget issues. They do not care who you are or how long you have worked here. They do not care about your job title. They do not care about whether or not you make enough hours to pay your bills, they do not care if you are safe.

  The app never works. They spent 500,000 on a fake TSA security that won't let you in even with keys but gave no one a bonus for even meeting quota. The managers just walk around playing video games on their phones instead of helping do this back breaking labor but on gives you a 30 min break, yet the walk to your car is 15 minutes away.

  The best thing about my job at FedEx is that I enjoy working with customer service send making sure that person walked out of that place being happy and solving the problem I am very good at that and I enjoy it
