    Consistent schedule, plenty of hours if you want it.

    It's monotonous and the pay is a paltry compared to other companies like UPS. The corporate bozos actively try to union bust and have been for decades. Some years you do not get a raise all bc the corporate bozos place the shareholders before their employees.
