  Basically the job itself is trash. Boxes are really heavy and take a toll on your body long term. Loading trailers isn’t something you should be doing for the rest of your life. It’s fine short term but you got to eventually move up or just look for another job

  I like driving all over the place. And meeting new customers.

  The managers, not being paid right, overtime pay not paid, over the time limit of worked hours. Long days. Other drivers are back hours before me. Over loaded vehicles with heavy packages.

  The best things about my job are the 24 hour flexible schedules and the woman that work there

  6 day work weeks during peak season Nov-Dec (which takes one of your off days)
  Not allowed to sit down
  No phones
  Not allowed to bring in large meals
  Don’t want to give u a break unless u work 6 hours or more
  Understaffed
  Management leadership sucks
  Favoritism
  No heating/AC
  When the boxes pile up sometimes u receive no help
  Expect you to stay 30-45 mins late if understaffed
  Only have 15mins to get in the door when 5:30pm comes or u when be turned away not allowed to work
  Doesn’t allow to take off during peak season
  Broken equipment
  Management in different parts of the building are not on the same page
  Minimal opportunities to go up in the company (once a year)
