    Its a very simple job. Just filling x number of trailers by x time each day.

    The upper management is quite disrespectful of how hard we work and all the effort we put in. Most of my coworkers are not properly trained and everyday I do the job of 2 people in my position. Then everyday I work 10 hours because I have to clean up for two people everyday. We even have staff trained for me to only do the job of one but upper management says they have to drive a forklift everyday instead.
