There are a good group of people that work there and are willing to help you out if you need, usually that group care about the company and wants to see if succeed.

Lack of communication, upper management belittling you and treating you like a number. Management giving you a wrong or false answer when they have no clue.

At Estes Express Lines; I have found many places that I have never thought I would be in and still learn a long the way to my current position. With management that helped me get to where I am. The benefits, programs and opportunities has always been #1 for the employees and family.
