Flexible hours, Great colleagues, work from home, kind leaders, and recently upgraded the PTO accumulation.

Pay compared to rate of inflation, insufficient training and leaders that are kind but do not know how to do our jobs. This makes questions and answers difficult. Leaders care but are stretched thin. Overall great place to work, but a few things are definitely lacking.
