  I like the work and making coffee, I think that part is fun. I like being able to have early day hours.

  My team. Everyone is very rude and they spread rumors about each other over silly things. Management never takes the sides of people who are trying to make a difference, and over all people come to work hating there jobs because of other people. It’s gotten to the point where more and more people are either putting in there two weeks or about to.

  Cleaning up after everyone, doing things that the general manager should be doing like truck,counts,refund audits. Then cleaning the whole store before inspection bc the GM doesn't know how to tell the rest of the crew to make stuff right by not training them enough

  The rushes suck sometimes. As a closer, I have more expectations compared to other shifts, and rushes typically put me behind on the tasks i need to complete.

  Everything.. staff is rude to you, we never get breaks after working 9 hours.. we have to pay for the food there if we are hungry during work hours. Manger don’t come someday.

  Inconsistency with policies between management levels. Store managers go on huge power trips. They are not good with people at all. If you get promoted, you will continue getting the same pay you got previously until you practically beg for your raise.
