DoubleTree by Hilton job reviews

  • Best thing

The best things according to me about this job is meeting a few of the best people. Getting discounts on hotels and the pto you are able to collect whilst working here. Working individually or working in a team is a plus some of the time. Other than that it's ok not somewhere you'd want to be for the longest time.

    Worst thing

While working here I've recently started noticing the favoritism between employees and employers and how some employee's are treated differently than others. Also the constant overworking without benefits. To be honest management is not that helpful. Once you complain about something they see you as a problem.
