What are sales representatives saying about pay at Dollar Tree?

  • Best thing

    Some of my coworkers

    Worst thing

Management is disrespectful, blows your phone up on your days off, changes set schedule almost daily but expects 3 weeks notice for any requested days off, doesn’t schedule enough people, doesn’t train her hired on employees, expects an entire truck to be put out in 48 hours though our stockroom is full and we have no space. They underpay, understaff and expect us to do the job of everyone who isn’t including the store managers. FT employees can’t even get to 40 hours, we aren’t allowed to get overtime but are expected to get everything done. I have never worked for a company this poorly run!

  • Best thing

    They don't miss a paycheck

    Worst thing

Mostly everything, the company as a whole/too many redundant or unnecessary changes or updates, usually done with poor planning, lack of integrity towards the individuals job and company itself from employees and managers, way too much personal talk and gossip, frequently immoral, customers themselves are disrespectful, inconsiderate or messy higher issue with this business, cheaper the business the less people care about what they'd or how they act within the store
