  Seasonal could be better. You get a whole section of things that only get brought on sale, some things don’t sell at all. Then you have to make room for something total different to go in a section that is still full.

  Much easier workload compared to a grocery store or retail. Smaller staff leaves larger availability for shifts. Store location is positioned well for breaks/lunch, along with foot traffic.

  Store is pretty unorganized as stocking is a shared job. Floors get dirty especially in winter/rainy times. Not much room for upward growth within the company/store.

  Getting underpaid having to stock and Run cash register. Customers have to come first, but if I’m in the middle of stocking and on a ladder, I gotta drop what I’m doing to go help them . Night Shift you got a sweep the floor sweep the parking lot take the trash out to the dumpster and clean out all the bathrooms plus wipe them down all down . Then sometimes they say you don’t do nothing or you don’t do enough, but when or if our store manager gets a bonus, we don’t get none of that and we are supposed to be a team. Lead position is only a dollar more, which is not even worth the damn stress.

  Refusal of upper management to disperse hours, high expectations with little to no help to achieve them, always critical and never constructive in their criticism, cheap and never want to pay to repair or improve the store unless they are 100 percent FORCED to.

  It has decent benefits, including telehealth and legal insurance

  The training is very thourough

  There is a thirty minute break if you work over six hours and a one hour break if you work over 8 hours.

  They have good saftey/hazard practices

  They use legion, which is a scheduling app that also allows you to access pay in advance and is free instantly with us of your pay card

  They provide hand held scanning devices that help locate items, price check, and other helpful things
