Being Per Diem and making my own availability for scheduling.
Worst thing
When other staff from different departments demand I do the part of their job they don’t want to do. IE. cleaning up urine, feces or blood from a patient which is not part of the workflow of housekeeping. We’re only here to sanitize and remove trash and linens.
