    Lack of support, taking sides with those that cause problems. Group leads are undermined infront of the group. Supervisor doesn’t know how to address issues between associates. Not enforcing rules let my site

    Doing multiple jobs under a single pay and there's no increase or motivation of incentives after 3 years. The only increase of pay is either moving up to higher positions, making lateral moves to different shifts(shift differential pay), or continue to wait on COL raises at the beginning of the year.
