My boss does does actually work every day with us over lunch rush which gives me respect for her, my supervisors are nice and rarely disrespectful to me, and it is a very easy job

The repetition of doing the same exact things every day is very degrading, very transphobic and homophobic attitudes of some coworkers, it's so easy to call in sick most people don't get their shift covered, some employees were so poorly trained all they do is stand around and not thing gets done, the boss is well aware of people who call in sick everyday or don't contribute and she does nothing to help, and the customer around here also just treat you like the help

It’s super easy and they hire a lot of people so as long as you follow directions and get stuff done you normally stay.
