Usually not enough people scheduled per shift, doesn't take time to properly train new trainees because it's too understaffed to walk them through things, only one kitchen person so food times are long, and customers get angry during a rush.

As usual, managers have huge egos and are rude. It can get very stressful when its busy. Not being able to sit down for long stretches can be an issue. Often if you need help, theres no one there because they are also so busy.

I actually like making the blizzards (except royals) and the peanut buster parfait. The daytime staff is also really friendly and understanding.

We have to stay late to clean up, and we are pressured to get out quickly because they don’t want to pay us extra, but also to do a thorough cleaning job, and it’s hard to do a good cleaning job when they want you out in 20 minutes
