Best thing
I love my job I work hard because I have to and we have certain things to be done daily we have goals to meet on a daily basis we work together as a team to do them
Worst thing
Not getting paid enough for everything I do and having to pull weight of others who are just not trying

Best thing
My team
Worst thing
The reduction in hours, the pressure for membership sign-ups, the pressure for perfect service scores, being abused by customers over coupons, theft, damages, mold in the delivery totes, trash in the delivery totes, not enough hours so we don't have enough people on truck day for it to be done efficiently, the uniforms hurt my skin, corporate doesn't care about us in the stores at all. They don't raise by the whole amount of the minimum wage increase. They are willing to loose seasoned and well-trained staff because they're hiring over-paid lazy newbies, instead of giving us the raises we deserve.
