The best thing is probably my immediate team we all work together well and our manager at this time is actually very good very nice and understands how hard we're working.
Worst thing
Upper management is going out of their way to nitpick every little thing and we're short staffed, being short-staffed they're finding things for us to do that are totally unnecessary while we don't have enough people we keep asking for more people and they're still worried about payroll I don't get it.

It is exhausting. There is no downtime at all. You will be busy your whole shift. You will work hard.
