    1.Good Benefits.
    2.Good amount of PTO.
    3.Decent pay for a job that does not require a college degree
    4.Comcast invests in developing their employees.

    1. Unrealistic expectations set by cumbersome middle management who have no idea what is happening on the ground.
    2. You will be punished or rewarded for metrics that are out of your control.
    3. High workload, I often do not get any breaks in a given day besides my drive between jobs.
