  Most of the people that come in.

  Get fed up with cleaning up after grown adults that make a mess 30 seconds after we clean the areas. We work hard to keep the store clean and they come in and trash it.

  Over pressuring managers, no respect to boundaries or not knowing what the words I can’t do it today means, scheduling me the day of(on a off day) telling me the day of that I’m scheduled to work. Not accommodating to my schedule change requests as of distance, low staff, ect

  If you call out sick, you are written up under the 4 hour policy, no one wakes up at 2am to see if they are OK to go into work. Managers can talk to you anyway they want to. Managers are working Managers but put all the work off on csr workers. There is no break policy at all. If you don't have open availability you can't hold a lead or manager position regardless of experience.
