If you call out sick, you are written up under the 4 hour policy, no one wakes up at 2am to see if they are OK to go into work. Managers can talk to you anyway they want to. Managers are working Managers but put all the work off on csr workers. There is no break policy at all. If you don't have open availability you can't hold a lead or manager position regardless of experience.
