    I really love the community and the wonderful management! Things just make sense and it’s a wonderful environment, even when it get stressful.

    I am unsure if I am being paid fairly for the work I am doing, though I understand that CFA doesn’t need to compete with other restaurants with pay I guess.

    Most of my managers are super nice and understanding. I also love interacting with guests and getting to know them!

    Sometimes during rushes I and asked to do a lot of different things from different people. And when I first started people didnt like me because I was new and didn’t know what to do because I hadn’t been trained properly.

    Everyone is very friendly and i’ve improved a lot. I started out with a lot of social anxiety that has lessened a lot from interacting with customers! I’ve made good friends with some of my coworkers as well and overall it is great.

    Worst thing

    My breaks are interrupted sometimes because we get too busy and I have to come back. My hours aren’t often guaranteed as I had asked for full time (36-40) and I only get 24-32 (32 very rarely…)
