    Those few kids that are very excited about getting their new stuffie that make you genuinely smile. Also restocking, it's my favorite, I get to organize things and not have to interact with customers as much.

    The customers. We have a store full of people all day on Saturday and Sunday, I answer the same simple questions over and over. People do not think about the fact that we are people in a retail job, despite the fact I feel like I was trained to basically be a performing monkey.

    In store staff is easy to get along with, and working with families is fun. Workshop managers are hit or miss, im lucky enough to have a real great boss.

    Corporate Leaders/district management.
    Bonuses are earned but not guaranteed, raises only come when you’re doing more than required by your job description with no compensation for the extra labor it took to get a raise.
