Buffalo Wild Wings job reviews

Best thing
I love the people I work with, the small community and family we are. I love the fast pace environment of working in a restaurant. I feel like everyone I work with, including my store management, cares about me on a personal level.
Worst thing
It can be really stressful when you have to deal with everything from the kitchen to the dining room. You are the communication between servers and cooks. Time, food quality, food accuracy and more are all part of your responsibilities, which can be a lot.
