The basics of the job on my level and lower are simplistic and can be easy to do, even boring sometimes.
Worst thing
The upper management is constantly breathing down your neck watching every tiny little thing you do and not do and you hear every thing they notice. If quota or quality isn't met it is your/operator issue despite their being a plethora of other things that can occur, such as the 40 year old machine breaking down.
