Best thing
Wide variety skilled work, culture is good. Maintenance team is good people to get along with. We are off certain holidays, and some of them the company pays to take us out to eat on those holidays.
Worst thing
Lack of communication, often times abuse of power just so management can look good. Inventory management needs alot of work. Management is out of touch with how long certain skilled trades supposed to take to complete a job.
