    The people I work with are the best team in the plant hands down always helping out even if it’s not their specific job my lead is energetic passionate supportive and will work side by side with you

    Upper management doesn’t care about how worn out or tired you are they want a number and that’s all they claim to care about safety and quality over productivity but productivity is always a main concern
