    My coworkers and job flexibility, its easy to swap shifts with coworkers

    Worst thing

    Carrying heavy items, and liability risks when changing a customers car battery, next weeks schedule is posted day before the week is about to start ( not ideal ) often times pushed to stay just before the max amount of hours for a shift ( ex. 4 hour shift often pushed to 4:55 ) and lastly with so many liability risks such as changing car batteries and potentially bowing a customers engine if installed wrong, or occasionally having acid spill on you and the occasional potential of dropping something heavy like a brake rotor onto your foot, we STILL get paid less than fastfood.

    The customers, some of the employees. It is a form of employment!

    Worst thing

    1)The fact that when we call in sick, we onlybget 75% of our pay, not 100%. 2)They are constantly cutting hours which makes it harder for on those that actually are working to get things done. 3)The people at the home office are constantly changing the planograms to justify their jobs, but since our hours are consistently being cut, how are we to keep up with the repeated changes in floor plans?
