Working from home 3 days a week, always having something to do, and the office culture is good.

It gets very stressful, I sometimes deal with entitled or rude people, having to review medical bills and records for issuing medical payments, dealing with attorneys, and that our home office is very strict about working 2 days per week in the office almost no matter what.
