Best thing
I get help patients get the help and medication they need. I get to work from home. I think, not a hundred percent sure, my management team cares about and responds to our team concerns and trys to help us out when they can.
Worst thing
The stress of trying to help the patients effectively with the stress QA always in the forefront of your mind. If we are not almost perfect we can get called back into the office and with what I make I cannot afford to be in office daily due to the cost of fuel. Keeping up with daily changes in procedure and again making sure you due your job perfectly because QA is always watching. When things change that often it is sometimes hard to keep up.
