Best thing
Working for the community I serve on daily basis.
Worst thing
Upper management/school district/Onsite Administration on the surface they seem to care about staff but it’s all agendas and financial gain that’s important to them/the district. They need and want well educated and professional employees but honestly the district is ruled by state level policies. That don’t benefit employees nor students. It’s all money and not really core educational needs, nor in classroom practicality for productivity. They focus so much on testing and pleasing the wrong people. They should let teachers teach without pushing numbers and changes that in retrospect and only or primarily rhetorical. District has no clue what really happens in classroom daily, day after day all year round. They do walk through visits 1x 2X a year for 20/30 min max take notes, as if that micro time they visited really resumes a year of classroom dynamics. Not realistic of what students and educators face everyday all day.
