It’s a REALLY good entry level job. There’s just not much room for progression.
Worst thing
The lack of progression and politics. Getting promoted has little to do with performance and they HEAVILY bias interviewing skills. You can be a really bad employee, but if you just focus on oratory skills, you’ll do fine. There’s really is no incentive to try very hard.
