It’s very fulfilling seeing the long term growth of students.

    Worst thing

Admin not backing up or keeping their trained staff in a safe environment- wanting to keep suspension numbers down and not OSS’ing kids when they make gun threats, physically harm staff in a multitude of ways, or destroy the school environment.

  • Best thing

Is seeing the kids. I love them all and being there for them. And being a shoulder for then to talk to someone. We don't have a cousler right now but I'm there for them. On my break, I like to catch up with some of my kids and check on what kind of morning they are having.

    Worst thing

I'm my field I wish I got more of idea of what they are looking for when doing this job. What material is needed for the data? I feel lost sometimes.
