One thing I appreciate about working with Amergis is that they pay weekly, which really helps with budgeting and staying organized financially. I also appreciate that they usually inform staff a day before if a case is expected to last for a week or longer, so it helps with planning and scheduling.
Worst thing
One challenge is that the schedule can be unpredictable since assignments are on-call. Usually, you only receive a call the same day if there is a case available, so there are times you are left waiting to know whether you will be working or not.
